Learn the practical aspects of making and serving the perfect coffee.

Frothing milk, making espresso and other common variety café coffee orders and clean and maintain the coffee machine will be amongst the skills you take away from this hands-on 3hr non-accredited course.

The course will focus on the rules to ensure consistent, high quality production and presentation of the numerous styles of coffee regularly ordered today.

Kim Gallaway is the Front of House Supervisor and Trainer at the Queensland College of Wine Tourism.  Kim is an industry professional with over 15 years hospitality experience.
