Varias Restaurant offers a world class dining experience featuring an outstanding a la carte luncheon menu in our award winning architecturally designed facility. Dine in front of the open fire during winter or on warmer days, enjoy dining on the deck overlooking our spring fed dam, Banca Ridge Vineyard and the township of Stanthorpe.

Banca Ridge Winery and Cellar Door showcases award-winning wines made with the assistance of students in the teaching winery. The onsite vineyard provides the majority of grapes for our wines with the remainder from other Queensland vineyards.
