You’ll visit the kitchen with Chef Drew for a cooking demonstration to learn the tips and tricks for a tasty Autumn menu, then on to experience the culinary delights first hand.
Andrew Simpson is the foundation chef of the Queensland College of Wine Tourism and has been cooking up a storm for 30 years. This commercial cookery champion has a philosophy of using regional, seasonal produce and enjoys meeting the makers.
