This Professional Development workshop was been specifically developed by First Batch Coffee Roasters for the Gateway Network of Schools.

At First Batch Coffee Roasters we roast specialty coffee, both blends and single origins, using a fluid bed air roasting system.  Being one of only five roasters of its kind in Australia we will take you on a journey to help you better understand a traditional roasting system vs a fluid bed air roasting system.
