This workshop will be conducted by Mike Hayes, the founder and director of Vine to Wine Consulting.  After 40 years, Mike is an icon of the Queensland Wine Industry.  He has been a Churchill fellow, was named 2017 ASVO Winemaker of the Year  and won the 2014 Samuel Bassett Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Queensland Wine Industry.
