This workshop will be conducted by Mike Hayes, the founder and director of Vine to Wine Consulting and is the Director Vineyard and Winery Operations at Sirromet Winery.  Mike has worked in all aspects of the industry for over 39 years and is a winner of not only the Churchill fellowship but has also been named 2017 ASVO Winemaker of the Year.  This wine professional will have you captivated.
