Come to Varias Restaurant to experience and celebrate Christmas in July!!

On arrival, you will receive a glass of sparkling followed by a visit to the kitchen where Chef Drew will provide a cooking demonstration to learn the secrets of creating a great Christmas in July menu.  Then on to experience the culinary delights first hand in the restaurant.

Andrew Simpson is the foundation chef of the Queensland College of Wine Tourism and has been cooking up a storm for 30 years.  This commercial cookery champion has a philosophy of using regional, seasonal produce and enjoys meeting the makers.
