Through the University of Southern Queensland, QCWT have recently become a Registered Training Organisation and provide accredited training in a number of areas. There are also a number of Industry Training courses available for those not interested in accreditation.

QCWT is also a campus of USQ and as such has a Hub for all USQ students to access.  USQHub@Stanthorpe offers a number of courses enabling you to develop the skills you need in a supportive local centre.

Our Food and Wine Experiences are fun filled, hands on and interspersed with informative sessions.

QCWT is an approved provider for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust delivering both Level 1 and Level 2 courses. The course covers topics such as main wine styles of the world, main wine grapes varieties, storing and serving wine, writing tasting notes and food and wine matching. This qualification is a must for anyone wanting to work in the hospitality or wine industry.
