QWIA AGM

The Queensland Wine Industry Association is the peak body representing the interests of the State’s wine growers and producers. QWIA conducts education opportunities, lobbies on behalf of industry, manages Wine Australia funded research projects and holds the annual Queensland Wine Awards.

The  annual general meeting will be the board’s report to members outlining the year’s performance and plans for the year ahead.  An election for the positions of President, Secretary, Treasurer and directors will be held.   The industry desperately needs a strong representative body and more members.  Any member with the skills and enthusiasm to make a difference  is encouraged to contact membership@qwia.org.au  for further information and nomination forms.
