Lyndall started her food journey at a very young age becoming a vegetarian at 14. Sharing her lifetime of acquired knowledge of cheesemaking is what she loves to do. Lyndall gets excited that you can make beautiful cheese with so little equipment and looks forward to sharing her secrets.
