Canopy management is the organisation of the shoots, leaves and fruit of the grapevine plant in order to manage the microclimate surrounding them, thus improving grape quality and yield. It is particularly important in areas of Summer dominant rainfall, like the Granite Belt.

This half day workshop with Mike Hayes, will give you the skills that you need to breathe the life back into tired vines.
