Teacher and Student Professional Development

The Gateway Schools Program is proud to partner with C’est Bon’s Managing Director and Chef to bring you an in-depth look into work ethics in the industry with regards to cooking, service and guest satisfaction to name a few.  Each teacher can bring a student along with them to this event.  As part of this unique experience you will also be treated to a lunch which you will prepare yourself with the guidance of our professional chef.

9.00am  Meet Managing Director Nicolas Devic for front of house overview, expectations and ethics

10.00am  Chef will take you through a hands on cooking session with tips to manage expectations and plating

12.00pm  Lunch

1pm – 2pm  Nicolas talks about his journey and industry trends.  Q&A session

Nicolas Devic is Managing Director at C’est Bon and hahs over 20 years experience within the industry.  He previously worked as chef and sous chef with the One & Only Group and Sofitel and has also worked with renowned chef Alain Ducasse’s in France.
