Want to understand grape and wine analysis laboratory techniques?

Join wine chemistry master, Greg Howell from Vintessential Laboratories to learn the art of basic winery laboratory skills and equipment care.

You will also learn the skill of testing for sulphur dioxide (SO2), pH and titratable acidity; including reagents and equipment care.

This short course will also touch on enzymatic testing and discussions surrounding other relevant tests such as Rebelein Titration and Malic Acid by Thin Liquid Chromatography (TLC).

Course cost includes morning tea.

Greg Howell is the founder and Managing Director of Vintessential Laboratories a major provider of laboratory services and technical products to the wine industry in Australia and internationally.  Greg has a Masters of Analytical Chemistry from Deakin University.
