Do you want to take your wine knowledge to the next level?  The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines provides an industry standard introduction to the main styles of wine available to front-line staff involved in the service or sale of wine.  This qualification aims to deliver the product knowledge and skills required to prepare a person for employment in wine hospitality or retail and is recognized in over 70 countries.  Course content includes:

• Factors influencing style including climate and production methods
• Explore 22 grape varieties by style and quality
• Over 70 important wine producing regions of the world
• Sparkling, sweet and fortified wines
• Information & advice for customers & staff
• How to taste and describe wine
