A practical workshop on introductory vineyard pruning for wine grape production.  The session will focus on the basics of spur pruning for vine balance and vine health.  It will also cover cane pruning so that we make informed decisions when choosing the appropriate pruning style.

This year local viticulture legend Sam Costanzo will be providing the expertise to ensure participants have the skills to conduct precise pruning operations.

Cost: $100 including tuition, morning tea and lunch
